LTAD Group Mentorship
Stop building plans. Start building pathways.
Long-Term Athlete Development isn’t about rigid models or age-based checklists.
It’s about making appropriate decisions at the right time, for the athlete in front of you for their future
The LTAD Group Mentorship is designed for practitioners who want to move beyond theory and short term planning, and build holistic, youth athlete centred pathways of development
This programme will help you:
Understand what “long-term” actually means in practice.
Make developmentally appropriate decisions.
Design environments that support sustainable progression.
Communicate LTAD decisions with confidence to coaches and parents.
