The sponsorship enables us to support 15 practitioners fully and provide subsidised support to a further 5-10 people.

We aim to support anyone looking to enhance their employability and increase their chances of securing or advancing towards the roles they desire. So, whoever you are, and from whatever background, put an application in!
Our specifically tailored 12-week mentorships are designed for graduates seeking employment or those transitioning between roles. The programme includes:
✅ 5x 75mins live mentorship sessions with Employability Mentor and Future Ready Founder, Dan Howells
✅4 months FREE access to the Future Ready Employability Community - networking you with like-minded practitioners and giving you he chance to interact, ask any questions, and communicate with others daily.
✅Daily access to your mentor for confidential support
✅BONUS video content (8hours) launched between live sessions including topics like:
Career Development Support – Learn how to write compelling CVs and cover letters, optimise job applications, and ace interviews to stand out.
Practical Industry Insights – Get real-world guidance from experienced professionals in elite sports, private practice, and academia on how to break into the field.
Networking & Connections—To expand your opportunities, build relationships with mentors, industry professionals, and other ambitious graduates.
Self-Development & Soft Skills – Improve your communication, teamwork, and leadership—critical skills for success in sports-related careers.
Financial & Business Education – Understand salary expectations, self-employment vs. employment, company formation, taxes, and financial planning with advice from financial professionals.
Building your brand - for those wanting to earn through social media/online or build a business.
Funding & Sponsorship Opportunities – Financial barriers shouldn’t prevent career growth, so we offer subsidised or fully sponsored places through government grants.
