Our mentorship is designed for practitioners who want to move beyond dashboards and master the code-based tools you thought were beyond your limits.

We use your data, or examples from the world of sport. If you don’t have your own data sets, you can use ours! Each tutorial uses sport specific data to help you relate to the numbers and visualisations.

Meet your Mentor
Shaun McLaren - Newcastle Redbulls
Shaun has worked with England and GB Rugby League and Newcastle Red Bulls RFC as an S&C coach and sports scientist, as well as consulting to many organisations across the world. He specialises in making sense of athlete data to optimise training programmes, with a particular focus on visualisation and analysis.

This mentorship is designed to help you move beyond spreadsheets and dashboards, and start developing practical, code-driven solutions to real performance problems.
You’ll learn how to use coding to collect, process, analyse and visualise data -and more importantly, how to apply it in context to support decision-making.
From automating workflows to building your own tools, the focus is on helping you become more efficient, more capable, and more impactful in your role.
