Why attend Collaborate 360?

THE DIFFERENCE

Not a conference.

A coaching and problem-solving experience

Most CPD leaves you inspired. Collaborate 360 will leave you equipped.

There’s a difference, and you’ll feel it from start to finish on the day.

Conferences are brilliant for high-level insight. Collaborate 360 is where you can take that insight and build the applied capacity to act on it, and use it in your world.

HOW YOU’LL LEARN

The 360 approach

We called it 360 because that's how we learn. The challenge goes in the middle. Every practitioner surrounds it, bringing their own perspective, their own experience, their own angle. Clarity only emerges when every perspective is in play.

The day

Running order

A full day of immersive, applied learning — structured to give you time to do the work, reflect on it and connect with the people in the room.

8:45am Arrive and Network

Doors open at 8:45am. Tea and coffee available from arrival. This is your chance to meet the other practitioners in the room before the day begins — a multidisciplinary group of S&C coaches, sports scientists and physiotherapists who will all contribute to your learning across the day.

9:15am Welcome and Brief Intro

An introduction to the day — the 360 model, how the zones work, how the carousel rotates, and what to expect from your coach mentors. Meet the full team and set the tone for what follows.

9:30am Learning Zones — Session 1 Zone

The first two-hour rotation through the learning zones. Twenty practitioners per zone, facilitated by your zone lead coach mentor and anchored by the zone's technology partner.

Design Zone Matt Sayce · 1080 Motion
11:15am Brunch Reflections Session Reflect

A structured group reflection session over tea, coffee and snacks. Wayvora captures emerging themes in real time as practitioners share what they found, what surprised them and what they're already thinking differently about. The roaming coach mentors facilitate the conversation.

11:45am Learning Zones — Session 2 Zone

The second rotation. Every cohort moves to a new zone. The learning builds — practitioner perspectives from Session 1 carry into Session 2, sharpening the questions and deepening the challenge.

1:30pm Lunch Reflections Session Reflect

A full buffet lunch alongside a facilitated reflection session. By this point practitioners have been through two zones and the conversations get richer — cross-discipline connections, emerging themes and shared challenges surface naturally over food.

2:15pm Learning Zones — Session 3 Zone

The final rotation. Every attendee completes their third and final zone. By now the full 360 picture is in place — each practitioner has seen all three disciplines, used all three technologies and contributed to all three group learning environments.

4:00pm Final Whistle — Reflections and Debrief Reflect

The full group comes together for a final structured debrief. Wayvora surfaces the day's themes and key insights. Coach mentors facilitate a closing conversation — what changed, what you're taking back, and what Monday looks like differently. The certificate of attendance is distributed.

4:30pm Depart

The day closes at 4:30pm. Informal networking continues as practitioners make their way out. You leave with your event book, your tee, your certificate and — most importantly — something you're actually going to do differently.

THE LEARNING ZONES

Three Learning Zones.

Each has its own problems to be solved.

Three concurrent immersive learning zones, each repeated in a carousel manner throughout the day. With groups of up to 20 in each zone, and small breakout learning opportunities in groups of 4-5, attendees will go through different decision-making processes within each experience.

Reconnect with your body and mind as you escape the noise of everyday life.
